Job Selection Orientation of Junior College Graduates

大学生的就业问题已成为社会十分关注的热点、难点问题。“双向选择,自主择业”的就业政策给毕业生带来了机遇和挑战,同时也带来了择业矛盾,本文从分析大专毕业生择业定位存在的主要问题入手,提出准确择业定位,实现成功就业的原则和方法。

College students＇ employment has been a hot issue as well as a nodus in our society. The employment policy of “bi-directional selection and independent choice” has brought the opportunity and challenge to the college students on the one hand, but the contradictions in choosing occupations on the other hand. Based on the analysis of the existing problems concerning job selection of students, this paper put forth the principles and strategies relating to the correct job selection orientation and success of finding the job.
