鱼腥草挥发油β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺研究

Preparation technology for houttuynia cordata essential Oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex

目的优选鱼腥草挥发油β-环糊精包合物制备最佳工艺条件,为其制剂的研究奠定基础。方法 按正交表 L9(34)安排试验,以挥发油保留率为指标,对影响饱和溶液法的4个因素进行考察。结果 最佳包合工艺条件 为,油-β-环糊精-水=1:8:80(mL:g:mL),包含温度为40℃,搅拌1 h。结论 按优选的工艺条件鱼腥草挥 发油可与β-环糊精形成稳定的包合物,且挥发油保留率高。

OBJECTIVE To determine the best preparation techology for Houttuynia cordata essential oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex METHODS L9 （3^4 ） table was used to examine the effects of 4 factors, and the inclusion rate of each test was determined by orthogonal test. RESULTS The best condition was oil-β-eyelodextrin-water= 1 ： 8 ： 80 （mL ： g ： mL）, stirring for 1 hour at 40 ℃. CONCLUSIONS The complex prepared on the condition aforementioned is stable and has a high inclusion rate.
