聚乙烯吡咯烷酮_(K30)在甲硝唑片制备中的应用

PVP_(k30) in the preparation of metronidazole tablets

目的研究辅料聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30(PVPK30)对甲硝唑片质量的影响。方法依照中国药典2000年版二部 测定甲硝唑片的溶出度。结果 加入辅料PVPK30的甲硝唑片较原处方的溶出度明显加快,两者T50有显著差异 (片1 T50=11．5 min,片2 T50=6．8 min)。结论辅料PVPK30能提高甲硝唑片的质量。

OBJECTIVE To determine the effect of PVPK30 on the preparation of metronidazole tablets. METHODS Referring to the China Pharmacopoeia 2000, the dissolution of metronidazole tablets was determined. RESULTS The dissolution of metronidazole tablets formulated with PVPK30 was faster than original metronidazole tablets. There were significant differences between T50 of tablets （6.8 min） and that of original metronidazole tablets （11.5 min） . CONCLUSIONS The quality of metronidazole can be improved by PVPK30.
