虎驹乙肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎及抗病毒临床疗效观察

To observate the efficacy of Huju YiGan capsule in chronic hepatitis B( CHB) and the loss of serum HBV DNA

观察虎驹乙肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎及抗病毒的临床疗效。将250例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组:治疗组128例口服虎驹乙肝胶囊。对照组122例口服护肝宁片。3个月为1疗程,连用2个疗程。治疗组的患者在改善症状和体征,恢复肝功能总疗效方面,其显效率和总有效率分别为26．56％和90．63％,对照组分别为 11．48％和63．9％,疗效明显高于对照组,(P均<0．01)。在HBeAg阴转方面,治疗组治疗3个月、6个月与随访6个月阴转率分别为32．29%、37．50％和35．42％。HBVDNA阴转率分别为36．72％、40．63%和42．97％,均明显优于对照组(P均<0．01)。停药后随访6个月复发率极低。虎驹乙肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有较好的恢复肝功能和抗病毒的疗效,并减少病情复发。

To observate the efficacy of HuJu YiGan capsule in chronic hepatitis B （CHB） and the loss of serum HBV DNA. 250 patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB） were randomized into treatment group（128） and control group （122）, respectively received the HuJu YiGan capsule and HuGanNing tablet. A period of treatment is three monthes. Every patient received two periods of treatment, HuJu YiGan capsule could alleviate clinical symptoms, improve liver function. The cure rate and comprehensive effective rate of treatment group were 26.56 % and 90.63 %, which was better than that of control group 11.48 % and 63.93 % （ P 〈0.01）. Proportion of HBeAg/anti - HBe seroconversion in treatment group was 32.29% after the first period of treatment, 37.50% after the second period of treatment and 35.42% at the 6^th month after treatment. There was a significant difference in two groups （ P 〈 0.01）. HBV DNA response rate in treatment group was higher than control group （ P 〈 0.01）, respectively was 36.72%, 40.63% and 42.97%. HuJuYiGan capsule is an effective medicament for CHB. Sustained HBV replication suppression could be obtained.
