摘要
使用改良染料排斥法测定17例20人次的白血病患者对常用的9种化疗药物体外的敏感性,其中急性白血病14人(初治7人,复发3人,难治4人),FAB分型ANLL10人(M11人,M25人,M53人,M61人),ALL4人(L23人,L31人),MDS-RAEBT1人CML急变2人,体外药敏结果显示:体外药敏实验与体内疗效总符合率为59.2%,阳性符合率65.82%,阴性符合率48.91%。初步表明该法对指导临床白血病个体化治疗,选用有效的化疗药物有一定的应用价值。本方法还具有准确率高、操作简便、所需标本少和实验时间短的优点。
The cytotoxicities of cytosine arabinoside,vincristin 'daunorubicin,aclacinomycin,mifoxantrone,etoposide,mitoxantrone,harringtonine,cycfophosphamide to leukemia cellwere measured with novel dye exclusion mothod in 17 paticnts with leukemia to observe the rela-tionship between chemosensitivity and efficacy in vivo. Leuken1ia cells were incubated with anti-tumor agents in micro-well culture system for 48 hours and the mean cytotoxicity of single drugwas used as in vitro sensitivity index. In vivo sensitivity was defined as complete remission or de-scent of more than 5 0%blasts in bonc marrovv after a course of chemtherapy.The resultshowed that the positive and negative coinciderit rates between chemosensitivity and efficacv invivo were 59.2%,65.82%and 48.91% respectively.
