急性早幼粒细胞白血病细胞形态学分型与临床关系初探

EXPLORATION ON THE MORPHOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION OF ACUTE PROMYELOCYTICLEUKEMIA(M3)AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH CLINICS

５２例急性早幼粒细胞白血病（Ｍ３），根据粗颗粒型早幼拉细胞的百分率进行分型：粗颗粒型早幼粒细胞＞７０％为Ｍ３ａ（粗颗粒型）；≤３０％为Ｍ３ｂ（细颗粒型）；在３０％～７０％之间为Ｍ３ｃ（混合颗粒型）。并就这三种亚型在性别、年龄分布上，以及在主要临床症状、血象、骨髓上不同的表现与特征作了描述和探讨。

cases of acute hypergranular promyelocytic leukemia(M3)were divied intothree subtypes according to the percentage of coarse granules in the cytoplasm:coarse granulesubtype(M3a)in which coarse granular promyelocytes made up more than 70%of the totalleukemia cells;fine granular subtype(M3b)in which less than 30%of leukemia cells were coarsegranular;mixed granular subtype(MJin which 30.70%of leukemia cells were coarse granular.The age and scx distributions,clinical symptoms,peripheral blood and bone marrow featureswere described and discussed.
