立体耳支架的临床应用

Clinical applications of stereo frameworks in the ear reconstruction

为使再造的耳廓立体感较强，外形更逼真，将耳支架雕塑成立体耳支架。切取肋软骨二根，选其中较宽一根，以其原有宽度作为对耳轮的高度并将其雕塑成Ｙ形，用以形成对耳轮、耳甲腔后壁及对耳轮上下脚。将另一根软骨雕塑成耳轮支架，将二者固定为一整体形成立体耳支架，临床应用２１例，手术一次完成，再造的耳廓外形逼真，立体感较强，优于传统耳支架的外形。文中还对耳皮瓣、筋膜瓣的形成及耳廓再造方法作了详细介绍。

cases of one-stage ear reconstruction using stereo framewoks of autogenous cartilage have been reorted,with three dimensional contours and a more natural appearance.It is superior to the results of traditional method with no evidence of decreasing of conchoscaphal angle and backwardhess of the ear.Detailed descriptions on the construction of the stereo auricular framework,the elevation of the skin and fascial flaps,and the process of reconstruction have been presented.
