冷冻治疗全颜面雀斑的改进

The improvement of full facial ephelide by gryotherapy

液氮冷冻疗法是治疗雀斑的常用手段，但传统冷冻疗法治疗全颜面雀斑需分次治疗，其疗程长，治疗面深浅不均匀，恢复期睑上留有花斑状色素沉着。为了获得一次性治愈全颜面雀斑的效果，我们将传统冷冻疗法改进为滚动冷冻疗法，并自制了滚动治疗器。１９８７年以来，采用滚动冷冻疗法治疗不伴有其它皮损的全颜面雀斑４６例，均一次治愈，平均疗程只需８天。此法优点是治疗彻底、疗程短、无并发症和操作简单。本文详细介绍了滚动器和滚动冷冻疗法。同时将此法与磨削术、化学剥脱术、激光疗法、传统冷冻疗法作了比较讨论。

Liquid nitrogen gryotherapy is an ordinary way to cure ephelide.Yet traditionalgryotherapy curing full facial ephelide needs treatment by stages together with long-tenn treatment,ufleven in depth of curing areas and facial piebald pigmentation remained during recovery period.In order to achieve satisfactory result of curing once on full facial ephelide,we have changed traditionalgryotherapy into frozen rolling method and made out rolling equipment ourselves.Since 1987,46cases of treating full facial ephelide,which was never coupled with any skin damages,was done byemploying frozen rolling method only one time along with average treatment period as short as 8 days.This method takes advantage of thorough treatment,short courses,no complication and easy opera-tion.This essay gives readers a full detail of rolling equipment and frozen rolling method and makes acomparison between frozen rolling method and dermabrasion,chemical exfolision,laser therapy and traditional gryotherapy.
