摘要
对眼球萎缩患者,利用其自体眼球腔行羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨填充球,直接植入来重建其眼部的外观。采用这种手术方法,能保留原眼球的外形及眼肌的生理功能。由于这种新型人工材料在生物特征上近似人体骨,能避免吸收。另外本术式通过栓子力传递大于通过滑动摩擦传递,因而增加了义眼的活动幅度。
The ocularatrophied patients were filled hydroxylapalite:HA(HA)sphere into their re-tained ocular cavity in order to reconstructing appearance of eyes.With this operation,it retained outerstructure and ocular muscles physical function of the eye.Because of resembling man's skeleton tissue inbiological feature,this new artificial material could be avoided absorbing by body and antigenicity tobody.Besides,the force delivered by embolus is much stronger than that by sliding friction,so it increasemotiliting range ofpseudo-ophthalmus much wider than with usual operation.
