硅胶乳房假体的动物植入实验研究

Studies on transplantation of silicone gel breast implant in rabbits

分别应用硅凝胶乳房假体的硅凝胶和硅胶囊片植入兔体内，经过１个月、半年和１年后，检查白细胞总数、嗜酸细胞总数、ＩｇＥ、ＣＩＣ、红细胞免疫并行光镜和电镜组织学观察。实验结果提示硅凝胶植入体内，可能引起免疫功能失调，而硅胶囊片并无不良影响。

We got silicone gel from brsadt implant and transplanted it to rabbits.One month,sixmonthes and twelve monthes after transplantation,we investigated the changes of total numbers ofleucocytes and eosinophil5,amount of antibody IgE,amount of circie immunological xomplex(CIC)and some values on RBC immunity,we also studied the tissue near the implants in LM and EM.Through all the studies we got the following results:All the above results demonstrate thattransplantation of silicone gel may cause the disorder of immune system.
