摘要
将聚甲醛(POM)与适量的三元共聚尼龙(COPA)、硅油、载油体及表面活性剂熔融混合,制备出了性能优良的高抗冲、低磨耗POM共混物。并对共混物的力学性能、磨耗性能及微观形态进行了研究。结果表明:COPA对POM及POM共混体系均表现出较好的增韧效果;少量的硅油即可显著降低共混体系的磨耗量;载油体和表面活性剂可以增加硅油分散的均匀性,进一步提高共混物的摩擦磨损性能。
High impact and low wear Polyoxymethylene (POM) blend was prepared by melt blending of POM with copolyamide (COPA), silicone grease, oil carrier and surfactant. The mechanical properties, wear properties and micro-morphology of the prepared blend were studied. The results showed that COPA had good toughening effect on POM and POM blend, and the wear loss of POM blend could be distinctly reduced by a small quantity of silicone grease; besides, the dispersion of silicone grease in POM blend was improved by oil carrier and surfactant, resulted in further improvement of the wear properties of POM blend.
