镁合金金黄色化学氧化工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高镁合金部件的防护-装饰性及基体与涂层的附着力,开发了一种镁合金化学氧化工艺.研究了三氧化铬和添加剂浓度、pH值、温度及氧化时间对氧化膜外观和耐蚀性的影响.优选出了最佳工艺:20~28g/L CrO3,4~6g/L添加剂,pH值1.5~2.0,常温,50~90 s.结果表明,经该工艺处理的镁合金表面可获得均匀的金黄色氧化膜,光泽好,具有较高的装饰性,同时,膜层具有一定的耐蚀性,与漆层附着力强,特别适用于铸镁合金AZ91D电子电器外壳的处理. A process for the chemical oxidization of magnesium alloys was developed so as to improve the corrosion resistance,decorating performance,and adhesion to substrate of the surface protective and decorating coatings for Mg alloys.The effects of the concentration of CrO_(3) and complexing agent,pH value,temperature,and chemical oxidation duration on the appearance and corrosion resistance of the oxide coatings were investigated.And the optimized chemical oxidation process for the Mg alloys was established.As the results,the optimal formulation of the bath and parameters were determined to be 20~28 g/L CrO_(3),(4~)6 g/L agent,pH value 1.5~2.0,time 50~90 s,and ambient temperature.The coating prepared using the optimized process had golden-yellow appearance and good luster,decorating performance,corrosion resistance,and adhesion to lacquer on the Mg alloy substrate.Therefore,the titled chemical oxidation coating,as a kind of bottom lacquer,would be much advantageous and applicable to the surface treatment of the crusts of electronics and electric facilities made of Mg alloys.
