摘要
为促进金属粒子在膜孔中生成,采用膜相渗透和化学镀结合的方法,研究了化学镀N iCo/PTFE磁性复合膜的工艺。在正交试验结果基础上探讨了主盐离子浓度比、NaOH浓度、N2H4浓度、反应温度和反应时间对N iCo/PTFE复合膜中金属含量和磁性能的影响。本工艺最佳配方为:0.14 mol/L CoC l2.6H2O,0.06 mol/L N iC l2.6H2O,0.90 mol/L NaOH,0.45 mol/L C4H4O6KNa.4H2O,0.45 mol/L N2H4.H2O;最佳参数为:70~75℃,75 m in。结果表明,相对于传统的双面金属化处理,引入膜相渗透的单面活化有助于镍钴金属粒子在膜孔内原位生成。
Ni-Co/PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene) composite coating was prepared making use of in-situ permeating electroless plating so as to improve the distribution of the metal particulates in the pores of PTFE.The effects of Ni^(2+) to Co^(2+) concentration ratio,the concentration of N_(2)H_(4) and NaOH,and the bath temperature and plating time on the metal content and ferromagnetic properties of Ni-Co/PTFE composite coating were investigated based on orthogonal experiment.And the optimized permeating electroless plating process for the preparation of the composite coating was established.As the results,the optimal formulation for the plating bath was suggested to be composed of 0.14 mol/L(CoCl_2·6H_2O),0.06 mol/L NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O,0.90 mol/L NaOH,0.45 mol/L KNaC_(4)H_(4)O_(6)·4H_(2)O,0.45 mol/L N_(2)H_(4)·H_(2)O,while the optimized plating temperature and time were suggested as 70~75 ℃ and 75 min.The in-situ permeating single side activation was superior to the conventional double side activation in terms of in-situ incorporation of metallic Ni and Co particulates in the pores of the PTFE,which was beneficial to increase the uniformity and compactness of the Ni-Co/PTFE composite coating.
