摘要 基于FPGA/CPLD的直流电机转速模糊控制,以埋弧焊送丝系统为例,采用双输入单输出模糊控制器,包括模糊量化、模糊推理、解模糊。控制量通过查询模糊控制规则表得到,并生成PWM控制送丝电机。模糊控制表采用离线计算,完成后存入FPGA。Matlab仿真表明,此控制方案可取得较好的控制效果,能达到焊接工艺要求。 For fuzzy control of rotate speed of DC motor based on FPGAJCPLD, Taking the wire-feeder system as an example, fuzzy controller with double inputs and single output was applied, it includes fuzzy quantity, fuzzy reasoning, fuzzy solution. The control quantity was gained by looking up the table of fuzzy control rule, and formed PWM to control Wire-feeder device. The fuzzy control table is calculated by outline, and then kept it in FPGA. Simulation of Matlab shows that the control method is reliable, and it meets the need of welding technics.
