摘要
从提高多段控制回路的协调性入手,以某一具体控制系统为例,详细分析了回路之间的相互关系,并在此基础上提出了新的控制系统模型。结合实际生产工艺,编程实现了多段控制回路的协调运行。实践证明,多个控制回路的协调工作提高了整个浓度控制系统的控制精度、响应速度、抗干扰能力和鲁棒性能。
In the practical application, the multistage control of pulp consistency shows poor anti-interference, slow response speed, which limits the improvement of the control performance. On this basis, the relationship between the loops is analyzed, and a new control system model is suggested. The coordination of multiple control loops improves the precision of control, response speed, anti-interference and robust ability of the whole consistency control system.
