摘要
介绍宝钢集团1580热轧蜗杆减速器进行国产化设计的理论依据,经分析和计算,提出采用尼曼齿形蜗杆减速器并进行强度计算对比;能够满足使用要求,可以进行国产化设备改造。
Introdueed the theoretic gist about the home - make design of 1580 thermal rolling worm gear reducer being applied in baosteel group eorporation. According to the analyses and calculations, this artieal considers the profiles of the worm gear reducer ought to be nieman, thus it is able to meet the working and home -make equipment improvement demands.
