介绍大型多支承回转窑运行轴线快速检测方法及便携式检测系统,该方法在回转窑筒体下面2个径向应变为零的方向安装非接触式位移传感器,对安装在筒体上的键相进行测量,由测得的位移值计算出该位置截面的回转中心。便携式检测系统由传感器安装支承装置,集成式信号采集装置和便携式计算机装置等组成,并编制相应的数据采集及处理软件。

The portable measure system is made up by the installed and supported device of the sensor, integrating signal sample device and portable computer device , composing the program of data acquiring and processing.
