摘要
进行车架的静力试验和有限元法静力分析,对比试验结果与有限元计算结果,分析两者误差原因,改进有限元模型,使得两种结果的误差在一定范围内,有限元法静力分析能够代替车架静力物理试验。
Static strength experiments and analysis with FEA of the motorbike frame will＇be done in this article. Through comparing the results from the experinler, t and FEA analysis, analyzing the error of both results and improving the FEA model, at last FEA static analysis can replace of the static experiment of the motorbike frame within the certain error.
