本文报道使用多处软膜下横切加癫痫灶切除治疗功能性顽固性癫痫１８例，经过６～２６个月随访，完全控制发作１４例，发作减少３例，无变化１例，两者配合比单纯一种方法更好。

atients who suffered from intractabal epilepsy in which epileptigenic lesion involved functionalarea, which treated by selected elimininates epileptigentic lesion and multiple subpial transfiber section onlarge functional areas.The follow up time was 6to 26 months.Comolete control of seizures had beenobttained 14 patients,sisnificant reduce of seizure in 3.reduce and no change in 1. Tatal effeetive rate was94%. The result suggested that both operation is better than single operation and avoidence functionaldefect.
