情感诉求是人质谈判的一大策略。它强调建立一种情感沟通来缩短与谈判对象的心理距离。实际工作中,运用多种语言技巧来对劫持者进行情感诉求有利于和平劝降,也有利于为警方采取其他处置措施赢得宝贵的时间。
The emotion sue is one big strategy in the hostage negotiates. It emphasizes to establish one kind of emotion communication to reduce the distance with the negotiation object. In the practical work, it is advantageous to persuade to give in peacefully to utilize many kinds of language skill to carry the emotion sue on the hijackers, also is advantageous to win the precious time for the police to take other handling measures.
