关于我省未成年人犯罪的调查与思考

Investigation and Thought about Minor Crime of Our Province

九十年代以来,吉林省未成年人犯罪人数和案件数所占比重均较大,整体上呈逐年增加的趋势。在犯罪成员的构成、犯罪意图的产生、犯罪的手段、犯罪主体的年龄、犯罪侵害的客体几个方面呈现未成年人犯罪的突出特点。不良微观社会环境因素的影响是导致未成年人犯罪的主要原因。

Since 90＇s, the proportion of the minor crime＇s population and the document quantity of Jilin Province is bigger. In the whole it presents the tendency of increasing year by year. From the crime member＇s constitution, the production of criminal intent, the crime method, the age of crime subject, the crime object of being violated several aspects to analyze the minor crime＇s prominent characteristic. To analyze the main reason which causes the minor crime from the influence microscopic social environment factor which isn＇t good, in order to prevent, reduce the minor crime, maintain the society＇s stability.
