摘要 采用同时蒸馏萃取的方法,对产于辽宁鞍山海城地区的巨峰葡萄籽的挥发油进行了提取。采用气相色谱-质谱技术进行了分离和鉴定。共鉴定出13种化合物。它们是2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2-乙基-1-乙醇、壬醛、α-蒎烯、3-蒈烯、d-苎烯等。同时运用峰面积归一化法测得各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。 The essential oil from Vitis Vinifera L. distillation-extraction method. The chemical seed was extracted by the simultaneous constituents of the volatiles from Vitis Vinifera L. seed were identified and determined by means of gas chromatographymass spectrometry (GC/MS). Thirteen compounds were identified. The main components are butylated hydroxytolene, 2-ethyl-1-hexanol, nonanal, a-pinene, 2-pentyl-furan, 3- carene, d-limonene, etc. Percentages of the above compounds in the essential oil were obtained by peak area normalization method.
