摘要
目的探讨冰冻切片诊断在神经外科手术中应用的价值。方法回顾总结401例冰冻切片诊断的颅脑手术病人的临床和病理资料。结果冰冻切片诊断技术对脑肿瘤良恶性诊断准确率较高(96.01%),尤其对转移癌的诊断准确率更高(100%)。结论冰冻切片诊断技术是临床颅脑手术中判断脑部病变或脑肿瘤的性质、决定手术方式的最佳手段。
Objective To investigate the applied value of frozen section to intraoperative diagnosis in neurosurgery. Method The clinical and pathological data of 401 patients with intracranial lesions receiving frozen section for intraoperative diagnosis were analysed retrospectively. Results The accuracy of intraoperative frozen section diagnosis for distinguishing the malignant from the benign cerebral tumors was 96.1% and for the tumors metastasizing to brain was 100%. Conclusion Frozen section technology is the best means to make the intraoperative diagnosis of intracranial lesion which is helpful to deciding the surgical method.
