P53、VEGF的表达与胃癌生物学行为相关性的研究

Study about the correlation of the expression of P53,VEGF and the biological behavior in gastric carcinoma

目的探讨P53、VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌生物学行为之间的相关性的关系。方法利用免疫组化S-P法对43例胃癌组织及30例癌旁正常组织中的P53、VEGF表达与微血管数目(MVC)进行研究。结果VEGF的表达与肿瘤细胞的分化程度及临床病理分期密切相关(P<0·05)。p53的表达与胃癌的临床病理分期密切相关(P<0·05),与细胞分化程度无相关性(P>0·05)。P53表达阳性或VEGF表达阳性的胃癌组织中的MVC明显高于P53表达阴性或VEGF表达阴性者(P<0·05)。结论1·胃癌组织中P53、VEGF表达与胃癌生物学行为有相关性。2·在胃癌组织中,P53、VEGF表达与肿瘤新生微血管的生成密切相关。

Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression of P53, VEGF and the biological behavior in gastric carci- noma. Methods P53 and VEGF expression and micro vessel count（MVC） were detected in 43 gastric cancer tissues and 30 normal gastric tissues by immunohistochemical stain. Results The expression of VEGF in cancer specimen significantly correlated with the level of differentiation and clinical stage（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of P53 correlated with clinical stage（ P 〈 0.05 ）, did not correlated with the level of differentiation（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The MVC in P53 or VEGF-positive cancer ttssues was significantly higher than that in P53 or VEGF-negative cancer tissues（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of P53 and VEGF correlated with the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma. The expression of P53 and VEGF significantly correlated with MVC in gastric carcinoma.
