摘要
目的提高血儿茶酚胺检测在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤定性检测中的有效性。方法对27例经手术治疗的肾上腺肿瘤(其中嗜铬细胞瘤9例)患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均进行了血儿茶酚胺的检测,根据2003年度结果调整血儿茶酚胺检测的时机,再进行2004年1季度的血儿茶酚胺的检测。结果2003年度血儿茶酚胺检测敏感性为40%,特异性为40%;2004年1季度血儿茶酚胺检测的敏感性为100%,特异性为100%。结论严格控制的血儿茶酚胺检测有助于提高肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤定性检测中的敏感性和特异性。
Objective To improve the effectiveness of plasma catecholamines in patients with pheochromocytoma. Methods 27 cases of adrenal tumor in which 9 cases of pheochromocytoma diagnosed received plasma catecholamines detection between 2003 to 2004, Results Type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ error were greatly reduced in 2004 than in 2003. Conclusion Precise detection of plasma eatecholamines contribute to the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.
