Combining the author＇s working experiences, we introduce here several key techniques on the twodimensional electrophoresis, such as the extraction of sample; the choices of the condition of two-dimensional electrophoresis and what should be pay attention to. We hope to provide some methodologies for those who do research in proteomes.
