摘要
分析了月型耳护套的成形工艺,设计了1副结构简单的一次弯曲模,使2道弯曲工序在1副模具上完成,提高了生产效率。
The forming technology of crescent-shaped female lug sheath was analyzed. A simple structure one-off forming bending die was designed to finish two bending procedures and the production efficiency was enhanced accordingly.
