摘要
分析了手机盖零件的成型工艺性能,改进了模具的结构设计,解决了传统设计方法中存在的细小斜推杆强度太差问题。实践证明,模具结构设计巧妙、尺寸合理、使用可靠,完全解决了细小斜推杆脱模问题,得到了用户认可。
The forming technology of the cell phone piece was analyzed. The structure of the mould was redesigned to improve the strength of the thin slanted ejector pin. The application showed the mould skillful in design and feasible in operation. The problem of thin slanted ejector demoulding was resolved and the customer satisfaction was obtained.
