根据数控加工中各特殊G、M代码的结构原理分析,结合数控设备及产品数控加工中的具体情况,逐一研究特殊G、M代码在数控加工中的使用。数控加工通过使用特殊G、M代码,较好地解决了系列产品加工问题,对保证零件的加工质量和精度,数控设备的完好使用有着积极的现实意义。

According to the analysis of the structure and principle of each of the special G and M codes in NC machining, and based on the NC equipment and the actual situation of the NC machining of the product, the uses of the special G and M codes in NC machining were studied separably. By using the special G and M codes, the problem of series products production by NC machining has been well solved. It has practical significance to the guarantee of the machining quality and precision and to the keeping of the NC equipment in good condition.
