摘要 采用涂渍的方法,合成了纤维素三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)HPLC固定相,并自制手性柱,在高效液相色谱正相色谱条件下,理论塔板数达到59005 m-1,对称因子为0.95。该柱成功地分离了醇类、羧酸类、胺类、氨基酸类手性化合物以及外消旋体药物,表现出良好的手性分离性能,是目前最有效的液相色谱手性分离柱之一。 Cellulose tris (3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) stationary phase has been prepared for the column of HPLC. In the normal phase of high performance liquid chronmtography, the column performance is up to 59005 plates/m and the symmetry factor is 0.95. Some chiral compounds, such as alcohols, acids, amines, amino acids and drugs, have been separated well on the column. The cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) chiral stationary phase show an excellent ability of resolving chiral compounds. It is one of the best chiral columns in HPLC at present.
