成人股骨头坏死的研究进展

摘要 股骨头坏死(FHN)是骨的活性成分(骨细胞,骨髓造血细胞和脂肪细胞)死亡所引起的病理过程,与多种疾病,某些药物和特异的髋关节创伤等有关.除创伤是一已知的特异性原因之外,非创伤性股骨头坏死的病因尚未明确,可能是多种因素综合作用的结果.许多疾病,药物和治疗方法与本病有较密切的关系.一般认为骨坏死通过各个阶段不断发展而不可逆转,包括股骨头承重面部分塌陷终至髋关节退行性关节炎.骨坏死进展至退行性骨关节炎约需3～5年.本文对股骨头坏死的病因和发病机理方面的研究进展进行综述,并简述一种病理分期方法.
