摘要
目的:对乙酰肝素酶(heparanase,HPSE)的结构、功能以及与消化道肿瘤发生、转移的关系和可能的机制作一综述。方法:收集查阅大量国内外有关的文献。结果与结论:乙酰肝素酶是降解细胞外基质的关键酶,与肿瘤细胞浸润转移密切相关,已成为消化道肿瘤治疗的新靶点。
Objective：To sum up the structure and the function of heparanase,and correlations with gastrointestinal tumorigenesis and metastasis and their possible mechanism. Methods： Consulting related literatures home and abroad. Results and conclusion： Heparanase is the key enzyme to degrade extracellular matrix and closely related to tumor cell invasion and metastasis, become a novel cancer therapy target in gastrointestinal tumor.
