动态血压监测下硝苯地平对妊娠期高血压疾病的作用

The study of nifedipine in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy on 24-hour blood pressure monitoring

目的观察在动态血压监测下使用硝苯地平对妊娠期高血压疾病的治疗效果。方法将66例妊娠期高血压疾病患者随机分为监测组(n=36)和对照组(n=30),在常规使用硫酸镁的基础上,监测组依照血压监测结果使用硝苯地平,对照组则给予口服硝苯地平10 mg,每日3次。比较两组孕妇临床症状、实验室检查结果及新生儿情况。结果治疗后监测组孕妇及新生儿情况优于对照组。结论依据动态血压的监测结果及血压波动情况合理调整硝苯地平服药时间和剂量,可提高对妊娠期高血压疾病的疗效,确保母婴安全。

Objective To investigate the effect of nifedipine in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy by the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Methods Sixty-six cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were randomly divided into the study group （36 cases） and control group（30 cases）. Based on therapeutic use magnesium, the study group was treated with nifedipine according to the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, the control group treated with nifedipine 10 mg three times every day. Mothers＇ and newborns＇ conditions were observed after treatment. Results The mothers＇ and newborns＇ outcome were significantly best in the study group than that in the control one. Conclusion According to the peak of the blood pressure and the changs of 24- hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, modulation of timing and dosage could increase the effects of the nifedifine and ensure the safty of pregnant and newborn.
