摘要
为确保重点物资运输,稳定大宗货源,实现路企合作共赢,铁道部于2005年启动铁路货运大客户战略,经过运输和信息部门共同努力工作,已初步建成了大客户管理信息系统。对大客户战略的信息系统需求特点进行了分析,并探讨了基于互联网、采用数字证书和数据仓库、工作流管理等先进技术的大客户管理信息系统的建立,以及该系统对大客户战略实施提供的技术支撑作用。
In order to assure the transport of key categories of materials, stabilize the sources of mass freight and realize the win-win cooperation between railway and enterprises, the Ministry of Railway starts the Strategy of Railway Major Client in 2005. By the coordinated efforts of departments of transport and information, the management information system of railway major client has been established preliminarily. The characteristics of demand for management information system of railway major client are analyzed. The application of advanced technologies, including internet, digital certificate, data warehousing, workflow management, in the establishment of this management system, and the technical supporting of this management system to the implementation of railway major client strategy are discussed.
