对交通运输的有关术语进行了界定,介绍了集装箱多式联运的发展简史、欧盟促进多式联运的背景、美国的交通运输状况及管理体制,提出发展集装箱多式联运是交通运输服务业发展的方向,我国应将交通运输服务业纳入更广泛的物流业发展的角度来考虑,发展综合运输,并在组织管理上进一步深化改革。

Transport terms are defined. The brief history of the development of container multi-modal transport, the background under which EU pushes forwards multi-modal transport, the situation and management system of US transport are introduced. The idea is given that container multi-modal transport is the trend of the transport development. China should consider the transport sector from a wider angle of logistics development, develop the comprehensive transport and make further reform in organization and management.
