摘要
介绍了企业物流模式的分类,对实体物流模式的选择策略及物流联盟进行了探讨。分析了企业实体物流模式的两种决策模型:Ballow模型及其改进和AHP测评模型,阐述了物流联盟的优势和联盟形式,并提出物流联盟是企业物流的未来发展趋势。
The classification of enterprise logistics is introduced. The tactics in selecting physical logistics models and the logistics alliance are studied. The two models used for decision-making of physical logistics model of enterprise are introduced, i.e. Ballow model and its improver, and AHP model. The advantages and models of logistics alliance are explained. It is suggested that logistics alliance is the future development trend of enterprise logistics.
