摘要
当灾难性事故或灾害不可避免时,有效的应急救援工作是惟一可以防止事故蔓延并减轻危害后果的有力措施。文章基于G IS(地理信息系统)建立了一套民航应急救援与辅助决策支持系统,利用N etEng ine网络工具包实现最短路径分析,还描述了系统的工作流程、主要功能、模块划分和技术要点。
When an inevitable catastrophic accident occurs, effective emergency rescue will be the only powerful measure to reduce the spread and damage of the disaster. This paper establishes an emergency rescue and decision-making support system of civil aviation based on GIS, using NetEngine to implement the shortest route analysis. It describes the system's workflow, main function, module division and key techniques.
