摘要
高速公路通信管道主要用于敷设高速公路机电系统光缆和紧急电话电缆。通信管道的路由方案要合理选择,除通信管道通过主要构造物的具体设计外,路由图设计工作繁多,要结合大量具体的路线总体平面图、路线纵断面确定方案分析计算,绘图中更有大量计算结果的填表内容,为实现数据计算填充的自动化、纵面路由图的参量化,把路线纵断面图中的要素参数代入竖曲线方程,得到纵断面图的数学原型,再利用CCAD的B IG语言编程,完成参量化模型及数据库工作。设计时只要输入路线设计要素参数、人手孔桩里号,就可自动完成数组的计算填充及纵面路由图,充分说明参量化设计高效准确自动化程度高。
Expressway communication pipeline is mainly used for expressway mechanical and electric system optical fiber cable and emergency telephone electric cable installation. The routing scheme of communication pipeline should be chosen reasonably. In addition to the specific design of communication pipeline crossing main construction, there is a lot of work in route map design. The scheme should be determined, and analysis and computation should be carried out according to many specific route general layout plans and longitudinal sections plans. There is still much work of filling computation results in table during drawing. In order to implement the automation of data computation and filling and to parameterize longitudinal section route map, the factors and parameters in route longitudinal section are substituted into vertical curve equation. The mathematical prototype of longitudinal section is derived. Then, BIG language of CCAD is used to complete the parameterized model and database work. In design, if route design factors and parameters and man and hand hole road kilometers numbers are input, the computation and filling of array and longitudinal section route map can be automatically carried out. This shows that parameterized design is very efficient, accurate and highly automatic.
