摘要 以广州市亚洲运动会ITS(“十一五”)发展规划为背景,提出了既满足亚运交通,又满足广州未来交通发展要求的ITS发展规划方案。在分析广州城市和交通发展对ITS的要求,广州市交通迫切需要解决的问题以及广州市ITS的需求体系的基础上,确定了“便捷亚运,畅通广州”的总体发展目标和相应的发展框架。提出重点建设ITS共用信息平台等8个ITS子系统项目,并对各个项目进行了具体规划。 Based on intelligent transportation system (ITS) development plan (11^th five-year plan) of the Asian Games in Guangzhou, this paper advanced the ITS planning project, which met the needs of the Asian Games and the traffic development of Guangzhou. Firstly, the paper analyzed the requirements of ITS for city and traffic development, the urgent problems of Guangzhou traffic and the demand system of ITS. Secondly, the development target of Excellent Traffic for Asia Games and Future Guangzhou and its corresponding framework were presented on the basis of the analyses above. Thirdly, eight key projects were advanced and planned in detail.
