吸附树脂在食品防腐剂分析中的应用(Ⅰ)──对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的测定 被引量:2

摘要 试样溶液经吸附树脂净化,用紫外分光光度法测定。探讨了树脂种类、洗脱剂用量等对回收率的影响。结果表明,当用Cl8和GDX-502为吸附剂、吸附速度为15~20mL·min-1时,以10mL无水乙醇为洗脱剂,回收率为85%~91%。同时测定了酱油和榨菜中的对羟基苯甲酸乙酯,相对标准偏差分别为1.43%和0.73%。 The sample solution was cleaned by adsorption resin and determined by ultraviolet spec-trophotometry. The effects of type of resin, quantity of eluent etc, on the percent recovery were described. The results show that when using C18 and GDX-502 as adsorbents, the speed of adsorption was 15- 20 mL/min the eluent was alcohol of 10 mL, the percent recovery was 85% - 91%. The ethyl-p-hydroxybenzoat was determined in zhaoal and soyl the RSD was 1. 43 % and 0. 73 % respectively.
