摘要 评述了2000~2004年铁矿选矿技术的进展.介绍了采用反浮选技术及高效捕收剂、细粒磁选深选设备、细筛技术和浮选柱等关键技术,实施'提铁降杂'战略所取得的重大进展.综述了针对脉石为含铁硅酸盐的细粒嵌布磁赤铁矿、菱铁矿、褐铁矿、鲕状矿等复杂难处理铁矿石,研究开发高效节能选矿新技术所取得的进展.同时介绍了国内外破碎设备的研制进展情况、生物选矿技术在铁矿选矿领域的应用状况. The technical progress in iron ore processing has reviewed from the year of 2000 to 2004. Some key technologies are introduced in reverse flotation of iron ore, high-efficient collectors, magnetic separation equipment and further separation equipment for fine-grain ores, fine-sieving technology, as well as flotation column etc and remarkable progress obtained after implementing the strategy of “improving iron content while decreasing impurities”. It comprehensively describes the progress in some new mineral-processing technologies with high-efficiency and energy-saving advantages, specially for iron ores being complicated in the structure and difficult to be processed, due to finely disseminated magnetic hematite being intergrown in the silicate gangues containing iron, as well as siderite, limonite and oolitic ore etc. The progress in the development of crusher at home and abroad and the application of microbiological approaches to the processing of iron ore are all presented in this paper.
