摘要
利用控制反应沉淀技术,以硫酸铝铵、硝酸镁、硝酸钡、无水碳酸钠为原料,在室温下制备出球形前驱体,此前驱体在空气气氛中于1 300℃焙烧3 h后得到晶粒小的类球形纯相BaMgAl10O17粉体。利用SEM、XRD表征了球形前驱体及其焙烧产物的形貌、结构及组成;利用TG-DSC分析了前驱体的热分解过程。实验结果表明:溶液pH、颗粒在反应器平均停留时间及原料中金属离子摩尔比是影响前驱体及其焙烧产物组成的主要因素。
The controlled reaction-precipitation process was used to prepare spherical precursor powders at room temperature with aluminum ammonium sulfate, magnesium nitrate, barium nitrate and sodium carbonate aqueous solutions as raw materials. Subsequently, the near-spherical pure BaMgAl10O17 powders with small grain size were obtained by masting the precursor at 1300℃ for 3 hrs. The morphologies, compositions and structures of the precursor and the masted products were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SME) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The thermal decomposition process of the precursor was analyzed by thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC). The results showed that the pH value of the solutions, the retention time of the particles in the reactor and the molar ratio of the metal ions in the aqueous solutions were the main factors affecting the precise control of the compositions and structures of the precursor and the masted products.
