摘要
为了提高企业运营效率,通过将决策权授予占有知识优势的专家成为必然选择。但分权容易造成代理成本和社会卸责等一系列问题。对此,传统的行政监督方式往往难以奏效,企业必须根据自身知识特点和分布状况,采用适宜的组织方式对专家权力进行控制。本文从组织知识整合的角度解释了专家权力的产生及其可能导致的风险,并通过知识整合和控制两个维度分析了组织应该如何选择知识整合控制的方式。
In order to raise working efficiency, experts who have knowledge advantage obtain some decision-power is inevitable choice. But dispersed power easily cause a series of questions such as agent cost, social loafing etc. The organization must carry on controlling and supervision to expert' s power through various kinds of ways to integrate knowledge. This text explained expert' s power producing and risk in term of organizing knowledge integration, analyzing the knowledge integrating control method tough the two dimensions of knowledge integrating and organization control.
