摘要 目的研究ERIC-PCR用于大肠埃希菌基因分型的可靠性。方法102株多重耐药大肠埃希菌采用双纸片扩散法检测ESBLs,用ERIC-PCR进行基因分型。结果102株多重耐药大肠埃希菌可分为六个基因型,主要为I和II型,分别为40株和24株。结论ERIC-PCR可用于大肠埃希菌的基因分型。 Objective To evaluate the value of ERIC-PCR for detecting the genotypes of Escherichia coli isolates. Methods ESBLs were detected by double-disk diffusion in 102 Escherichia coli isolates. The genotypes of isolates were determined by ERIC-PCR. Results 102 isolates were divided into 6 kinds of genotype Conclusion ERIC-PCR is a useful method isolates. The main genotypes were Ⅰ(40) and Ⅱ (24) type. for determining the genotypes of Escherichia coli
