骨髓干细胞移植修复梗死心肌的进展
摘要
心血管病是造成人类死亡的重要的疾病之一．其中心肌梗死和慢性心功能不全而导致死亡占心血管病死亡的50％以上．心肌梗死造成大量心肌细胞的死亡．导致心肌斑痕组织的形成，心肌细胞的数目减少，功能低下。这种细胞功能的丧失是不可逆的。最近的研究显示心肌梗死后也有少量的心肌细胞分裂增生．不过这种增生数量非常有限．不能达到功能上的修复心肌组织。
