正常血压高值研究进展被引量：2

摘要高血压患病率在各国都很高．而我国是原发性高血压的高发国家。但通过降低血压使血压达到目标值水平．并不能使心．血管疾病的危险降至血压正常人群的水平．这可能是心血管病变的发展早于高血压本身的发展，因而2004年《中国高血压防治指南》提出了正常血压高值的概念。对这一血压水平人群进行研究有一定的意义。
