摘要高血压药物治疗依从性（Compliance in Patient with Anti-hypertension Therapy．CPAT）是指高血压患者对医嘱坚持执行程度．能遵医嘱服药。不随意换药或增减药物．对药物的副作用能耐受且血压控制理想。高血压仅以血压持续超过140／90mmHg为主要特征的慢性病，药物治疗是控制血压在正常范围的有效方法．由于多数患者没有该疾病的痛苦主观感觉．
