摘要
信息资源整合是避免资源重复建设,保证资源配置最优化,实现经济效益最大化的有效途径,是现代信息资源建设的发展方向。本文通过分析信息资源整合的促动因素,如载体演化、信息技术集成发展、组织机制变革、社会信息资源共享等,旨在寻求相应的信息资源整合组织机制与对策。
Information integration is an effective method to solve problems such as repeated construction of information resources, optimization of resource allocation, and the maximum of economic profit. It is also the development direction of modern information construction. This ar- ticle aims at seeking the mechanisms and policies of information resources integration by analyzing its motivating factors such as evolvement of resource carrier, technology integration, mechanism renovation, society resource sharing, and etc.
