Mist prevention and control for thrust bearing oil sump of large hydroelectric generating set

通过对二滩电厂推力／下导油槽油雾产生原因的分析和油雾治理过程的介绍,阐述了大型半伞式发电机组 推力油槽油雾防治的一般方法。

The 550 MW hydroelectric generating sets of Ertan Hydropower Plant were designed and made by contract to Hydro GE (Canada). The oil mist appeared after the oil spun-off from the thrust/lower-guide bearing had been dealt with. This paper analyzes the cause of forming mist from oil sump of the thrust/lower-guide bearing, introduces the measures against oil mist for the units. The general approaches to prevent and control oil mist for large semi-umbrella hydroelectric generating sets are proposed.
