摘要
分析了在智能加工中利用智能监测系统监测切屑状态的特点,讨论了应用统计分析方法提取切削过程中反映不同切屑形态、断屑类型的特征量的可行性,并通过对特征信号内涵的分析,提出了基于力和加速度传感器集成的最有效特征量提取方法,为智能加工中的切屑状态监测提供了理论依据。
It is studied to distinguish the chip ferms with intelligent monitoring system. The possibility of obtaining the featured parameters representing different chip forms is discusssed through statistical analyses. Based on the force and accelaration sensors, the way to acquire the most effective featured parameters from signals is introduced, giving theory support to chip form monitoring in intelligent machinging.
